Traditionally, pickles need a few days to get ready and are sun-dried, however, this is an easy-to-make side dish recipe that will be ready in a day. You just need to warm the mustard oil and cut the mangoes in pieces and then mix together all the ingredients. You must try this easy recipe for your loved ones, it will give your taste buds a delectable experience.

Ingredients of Mango Pickle

  • 100 gm pickle masala
  • 200 gm salt
  • 250 ml mustard oil
  • 1 kilograms raw mango

How to make Mango Pickle

Step 1
First put a kadhai on medium flame and heat oil in it.

Step 2
Next, wash the raw mangoes and pat them dry. Using a kitchen knife, cut them into small pieces.

Step 3
Next, sprinkle salt on the mango pieces and put them aside for half an hour. Then, add the pickle masala and mix well.

Step 4
Now, add 3/4 of the lukewarm oil in the mango pieces and mix well. Put this mango  mixture in a jar and pour the remaining oil in it. Leave this jar aside for 24 hours. Next day, you will be able to enjoy the raw mango pickle!
