Ingredients of Mango Shrikhand Tart
  • 500 gm yoghurt (curd)
  • 50 gm mango
  • For Filling
  • 50 gm icing sugar
  • 10 gm mint leaves
  • 60 gm mango puree
  • 100 gm whipped cream
  • For Dough
  • 1 1/2 gm all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • water as required
How to make Mango Shrikhand Tart
Step 1
To prepare this delicious dessert recipe and start by preparing the tart shells. Take a large bowl and combine all purpose flour (maida), salt, butter and water as required in it. Knead them into a dough.

Step 2
Using a rolling pin, roll the dough with butter on a flat surface. Take a cutter and cut the circles as you need.

Step 3
Now, put these circles in the greased tart mould. Place them in the oven and bake at 200 degree Celsius for 20 minutes. Once done, remove and keep them aside.

Step 4
Now, to prepare the filling, take a bowl and whisk yoghurt in it.

Step 5
Wash and peel the mangoes and then chop them. Add them to a food processor with the puree and blend into a smooth paste.

Step 6
In another bowl, mix the yoghurt, mango puree, whipped cream and sugar. Whisk the mixture till sugar is dissolved.

Step 7
Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 30- 45 minutes. Then, add the mixture to the tart shells and garnish with mint leaves. Serve.
